Job Title: Customer Service Assistant, Dealer Support Clerk

Location: Hybrid (2 days per month in office)

Assignment Length: 3–6 months (TBD)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation: $22–$23/hour

Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Dealer Support Specialist! In this role, you will provide specialized clerical support to our Dealer Support Representatives, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Order Processing (30%) : Receive and process parts and spa orders with precision.
• Clerical Support (50%) : Offer comprehensive clerical assistance to Dealer Support Representatives.
• Back-Order Notifications (20%) : Keep dealers informed about the status of back-ordered parts.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Education and Experience : High school diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of related experience or training. A combination of education and experience is also acceptable.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Core Competencies : Demonstrate strong core competencies aligned with the companies performance criteria and values.

Skills and Abilities

• Language Skills : Ability to interface with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents, and excellent email communication skills.
• Mathematical Skills : Competence in basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret bar graphs.
• Reasoning Ability : Apply common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables.

Technical Skills

• Computer Literacy : Proficient in MS Excel and Word, with strong data entry skills and the ability to multitask.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Physical Requirements : Regularly required to talk or hear, frequently sit and work with computer equipment, and occasionally stand, walk, and use hands to handle objects. Must be able to lift and move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Vision Requirements : Close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
• Work Environment : Typically quiet.
