Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview:

This individual will be responsible for creating and executing the online marketing strategy(s) for our three brands. Quality candidates will be able to l leverage experience and a variety of digital channels to promote our company’s products or services. Applicants should be able to conduct data analytics for these digital activities and provide data insights for future state marketing planning. This person will be a key leader in increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Email, Print & Digital Marketing and Advertising

  • Create and distribute email campaigns, including push notifications and automated emails through the Active Campaign platform.
  • Develop and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and optimization.
  • Research and evaluate new advertising opportunities across print, digital, and other media channels.
  • Coordinate and schedule print advertising, ensuring optimal placement and cost efficiency.
  • Ability to make sure ad updates are submitted to publisher on time.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee all social media campaigns and strategy implementation.
  • Create and post relevant and engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Assist with posting and optimizing YouTube videos.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries or comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.

Website & Content Management

  • Manage website content for multiple websites, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Update websites with new content, products, artwork, photos, and ad slicks.
  • Utilize website monitoring and reporting software to ensure website performance and user experience.
  • Design and update websites using content management systems.
  • Optimize website content and structure according to SEO guidelines to maximize online presence.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and analyze key performance metrics.
  • Identify important marketing trends and communicate strategic reponse
  • Run reports and analyze data from Google Analytics 4, Facebook and Google Ads to assess campaign performance.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve website and ad campaign effectiveness.
  • Review user internation on websites to ensure a good user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital advertising, including campaign setup and optimization.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media management and ad creation per platform specs.
  • In depth experience with website design, content management systems, and updates.
  • Ability to generate reports from Facebook, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strength in handling multiple tasks/projects while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong ability to communicate professionally, respectfully, transparently and confidently to all levels of the business and to various stakeholder groups, both in writing and verbally (e.g. grammar, audience awareness).
  • Passion for learning and adapting to new digital marketing tools and trends.
  • Efficient work habits and time management. Exhibit reliability and sound judgment.
  • Should be a self-starter and able to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Strong ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
