Job Description

Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for onboarding, launching, growing, and retaining creators on the Playbook platform. You will become an expert in content strategy, offer buildout, website optimization, social media, and email marketing in order to drive revenue growth with the talent you represent. These skills will enable you to take a new creator to the Playbook platform, launch them with a successful offering, and devise and execute a long-term plan to grow their business.

What You Will Do :

  • Become an expert at content strategy - the content and product creators should offer to maximize their earnings
  • Become an expert at digital analytics - can assess a creator’s business (email, marketing, web analytics, social media insights) to inform your book of business on the next best step to improve their business.
  • Become an expert at social media - from post cadence, giveaways, and challenges - you will stay on top of the latest trends on social, so you have the toolset that enables creators to get results.
  • Manage weekly reporting/pipeline of creators
  • Supporting the Playbook team with key learnings and insights gained from managing creators.

Skills You Possess :

  • General knowledge - Demonstrated knowledge base around social media, influencers, and marketing.
  • Adaptability - the ability to work with a broad range of trainers, yoga teachers, and coaches with different strategies for content and marketing.
  • Communication skills - Ability to communicate well amongst different personas. Poised, concise communication skills while always bringing positivity to the relationship.
  • Project management (organizational skills) - excellent project management skills, ability to juggle dozens of different creators at one time, constantly pushing projects forward between talent and the Playbook team.
  • Growth mindset - You have demonstrated a desire to consistently grow your skills across social media, content strategy, marketing, e-commerce, etc to increasingly become more valuable to your talent base. You should take pride in being a sophisticated business partner.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, talent management, or onboarding roles.
  • Ability to command respect and communicate effectively with a broad range of personalities.
  • Experience in a fitness environment is a major plus.
  • Persistent and willing to follow up with creators multiple times to get the things done.
  • Empathetic to creators and the challenges they are facing, finding solutions to unblock them.
  • Persistent, always on, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • BA or BS degree, or higher
