We are looking for a passionate and experienced Salesforce Admin/Salesforce Developer/Salesforce Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our Salesforce Solutions Architect to ensure development aligns with best practices, secure coding standards, and business needs.
Key responsibilities include developing custom functionality beyond standard Salesforce configurations, resolving defects, handling break fixes, and enhancing application performance. You'll translate business requirements into technical solutions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
A strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), secure coding, and troubleshooting complex technical issues is essential. Ideal candidates will have experience with Git or other version control systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
