Job Title: Marketing Manager, Americas

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen our brand, increase dealer engagement, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, preferably within industrial or weighing equipment sectors, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales team goals and dealer network expansion.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, product guides, and digital content tailored to dealers and end users.
  • Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, dealer training events, and promotions.
  • Build relationships with dealers to understand their marketing needs and provide support in growing their business.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Manage the company's website, social media presence, and email marketing campaigns to increase engagement.
  • Coordinate trade show participation, dealer events, and other promotional activities.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the industrial or weighing industry.
  • Strong understanding of dealer/distributor marketing models.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
  • Experience with trade show planning and event coordination is a plus.
