University of Kentucky HealthCare is seeking an Enterprise Director, Perioperative Central Sterile Processing to collaborate with Executive Leadership teams in providing visionary leadership and optimizing excellence in sterile processing services. Core Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership : Responsible for the direction and leadership of operational, financial, programmatic and employee related activities for System Sterile and High-Level Disinfection processing.
• Area Development: Ensure the development and management of operational initiatives with measurable outcomes, formulating the objectives, goals, and strategies collaboratively with other stakeholders. Imploring strategies that maximize area efficiency.
• Professional Development: Provides leadership and guidance to facility sterile processing managers, cultivating and encouraging strong performance and results of the system wide sterile processing area and team.
• Compliance & Collaboration: Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and UK policies, fostering cross-collaboration with other key stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster communication through regular staff meetings, monitoring the work environment for improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives to enhance central sterile processing operations for overall patient care.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree, health related field and a bachelor's degree in nursing, required
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Licenses & Certifications : KY Licensed Nurse (RN) and approved advanced nursing certification required within one year of hire date.
• Skills: Effective communication, leadership, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage time effectively, and foster professional relationships.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with 24/7 accountability for Enterprise for Central Sterile and High-Level Disinfections (HLD) Departments.
• Compensation: This position offers a competitive lifetime salary range of $111,634.00 to $222,352.00 , with starting offers determined by experience, qualifications, and other variables.
